ASD's 12-month graduate program offers three streams that provide a career pathway to match your area of interest. No matter your undergraduate discipline, from Accounting to Law, and Science to the Humanities, you can make a meaningful contribution to ASD and choose the path that inspires you: Analyst - apply analytical techniques to solve complex problems and inform critical decisions in support of Australia's national interest. Cyber - protect Australia from cyber threats and disrupt cyber-enabled crime. Technologist - innovate, develop, and maintain cutting-edge technical capabilities that underpin Australia's national security. During the program, you will complete three rotations in different areas across the agency, allowing you to develop your skills and discover areas of interest whilst working in a unique and dynamic working environment. The majority of positions for the ASD 2027 Graduate Program are expected to be located in Canberra. While location preferences may be collected, placement outside Canberra will be limited and subject to operational requirements. Successful candidates commence the Graduate Program on a salary of $83,489 including 4% service allowance, plus 15.4% superannuation.
