We are actively seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team on a Permanent Part Time basis covering across all different range of shifts. AM 0700-1500pm PM 1430 - 2200pm, 1510-2330pm The correct candidate needs to have clear availability to support the home with short and long-term leave vacancies and at possible short notice. The Role As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include: Providing and monitoring the care of residents Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team To be successful, you will have Previous experience as a Registered Nurse Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge) Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc) Complete a police check Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth Come and work for an organisation committed to resident respect and dignity, where you will receive a competitive salary and benefits.
