About the Role Pace Appointments have joined a leading provider of hydraulic equipment and services in the Toowoomba region. With over 20 years of industry experience , delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer service. Seeking two full-time tradespeople to join their Toowoomba team. This is a hands-on role working across hydraulic servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and machining within a well-equipped workshop environment. What You’ll Be Doing (role relevant) Scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on hydraulic and mechanical equipment Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and hydraulic faults Repairing hydraulic cylinders Manufacturing hoses and fittings Testing and repairing pumps and motors Accurate documentation of work completed, parts used, and labour hours Maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance Working collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service What We’re Looking For Trade qualification in Diesel Mechanics, Fitter & Turner, Machining, or related trade Experience working with hydraulic systems Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Commitment to workplace safety and WHS requirements What We Offer Competitive hourly rate ($48 – $55 per hour) based on experience Full-time, secure employment Supportive team environment Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development Long-term career growth within a stable, well-established business If this sounds like you, press the Apply now or call jane on to talk more about joining a respected and growing hydraulic services business.
