Job Description Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring optimal efficiency. Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimise discrepancies. Manage and lead the logistics team, fostering a productive work environment. Ensure all warehouse processes comply with relevant safety and quality standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance and logistics metrics. Resolve any operational issues promptly to maintain high service levels. The Successful Applicant A successful Warehouse Manager should have: Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management within the 3PL industry. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. Familiarity with health and safety regulations applicable to a warehouse setting. Outstanding communication and organisational skills. Capability to analyse data and implement strategic improvements. Excellent IT and WMS systems knowledge, experience rolling out new systems is an added advantage. Forklift licence is a big added advantage.
