Job Description Lead elicitation, analysis and documentation of functional and non‑functional requirements Analyse current‑state processes and define future‑state workflows. Develop strong understanding of target platforms, configuration, dependencies and integrations. Maintain traceability across requirements, design, testing and delivered outcomes. Validate vendor documentation, designs and solution artefacts. Support governance, impact analysis, change control and risk identification. Support UAT planning, acceptance criteria definition and defect triage. Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement across diverse groups. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Technical Business Analyst should have: Extensive experience in technical business analysis, systems requirements and solution definition. Experience in higher education, TAFE. Strong capability in documentation, process mapping, and translating concepts for non‑technical audiences. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis, IT, or a related field.
