Job Description Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports in compliance with relevant regulations. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all deadlines are met. Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial data. Support budgeting and forecasting activities to aid strategic decision-making. Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Oversee compliance with tax regulations and support audits as required. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. Maintain accurate and organised financial records to support business operations. The Successful Applicant A successful Financial Accountant should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Have completed and or working towards CA/CPA Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency in PowerBI A thorough understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience in the FMCG industry is highly regarded. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
