This role will predominantly support our Area Managers across multiple states, partnering closely on employee relations, industrial relations and workforce matters. Why Eden Academy? Your Impact Reporting to the Chief of Operating you will act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, providing practical, commercially sound and compliant HR guidance. Key responsibilities include: Providing end-to-end ER and IR advice to key stakeholders Managing performance, misconduct and complex employee matters Supporting investigations and drafting formal correspondence Coaching leaders on best practice people management Ensuring policies and procedures align with legislation and business needs This role requires confidence in navigating complex conversations while balancing risk, compliance and culture. What You’ll Bring You are a calm, solutions-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Previous experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role Strong working knowledge of Fair Work legislation and Modern Awards Demonstrated experience managing ER and IR matters Excellent written skills, particularly in drafting formal letters and investigation outcomes Ability to influence and coach senior operational leaders High level of discretion and professionalism Experience within early childhood, education, or other multi-site industries will be highly regarded.
