A newly created opportunity has become available for a Recruitment & HR Administrator to join this reputable organisation and dedicated team on a permanent, part-time basis . The Role Reporting to the General Manager your duties will include: Meeting with Managers to understand and discuss recruitment requirements Drafting and posting job advertisements and managing the advert response Screening suitable candidates and arranging interviews Liaising with Manager to discuss interview feedback Communicate with all applicants throughout the recruitment process to provide feedback and outcomes Assisting with preparing contracts and onboarding documentation for new starters Maintaining accurate employee records including HR files to ensure compliance Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and support and escalate issues as required Any other Recruitment & HR duties as required by the business About You Previous experience in Recruitment, HR or an Administrative role where you’ve had to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced role Excellent phone manners and the ability to screen candidates and communicate with leadership Well organised and capable of quickly understanding business requirements to source candidates that are the correct fit Excellent attention to detail and someone who enjoys preparing documents accurately and ensuring all compliance measures are fulfilled Continuous improvement mindset, resilient, open to feedback and able to reproritise in a fast moving environment Previous experience within a blue-collar, food production or manufacturing environment will be highly regarded Qualifications e.g. Certificate in HR or desire to undertake these will be highly regarded In Return 0.6FTE role – negotiable days and hours e.g. 4-5 days per week – school hours or early start (e.g. 7am) with early finish Remuneration based on experience and level Free onsite car parking and daily barista made coffee 10% discount on all purchases of meat and small goods Convenient location right next to the Gepps X Homemaker Centre Next Steps If you’re interested in the role on offer, please apply using the relevant link.
