The Opportunity This isn’t a BAU change role. With C-suite backing, and 11 MVP initiatives ready for rollout, this is a rare and exciting opportunity to drive innovation and change across the entire organisation. The Change & Adoption Manager plays a vital role in spearheading the organisation’s 3 year growth strategy. As the foundations have been laid, they are ready to implement and execute on the next phase. You will sit within a dedicated transformation project team and be accountable for: Driving adoption of multiple initiatives Managing change across the organisation Measuring impact and ensuring outcomes stick Working across departments and stakeholders to remove friction and accelerate execution This is a 5-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension, given the scale of the broader transformation roadmap. About you This project isn’t just a tick box, this is about genuine impact and change. Below is what we’re looking for: Proven experience driving & leading organisational change Proven experience impacting and measuring adoption Experience leading people Strong stakeholder management. This isn’t just comms, this is about getting across the organisation, building relationships and being across all the details Truly passionate about change and innovation.
