As part of our continued strategic growth, we are actively expanding our Electronic Security division, with increasing focus on CCTV surveillance, access control systems, remote monitoring, and integrated electronic security solutions. This expansion has created a genuine need for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and drive this next phase of growth. Your main duties will include but not limited to the following: Determining, implementing and monitoring engineering strategies, policies and plans Interpreting plans, drawings and specifications, and providing advice on engineering methods and procedures to achieve construction and production requirements Establishing project schedules and budgets Ensuring conformity with specifications and plans, and with laws, regulations and safety standards Ensuring engineering standards of quality, cost, safety, timeliness and performance are observed Overseeing maintenance requirements to optimise efficiency Liaising with marketing, research and manufacturing managers regarding engineering aspects of new construction and product design May contribute to research and development projects Qualifications: At least a Bachelor’s in the related field Experience: ·Minimum 2 years’ experience in an engineering management or senior engineering role, with demonstrated responsibility for directing internal engineering staff and coordinating external technical parties ·Experience in preparing and managing engineering tenders and contracts ·Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations To be successful in this role you will have to: · Good interpersonal and communication skills · Ability to work as a team member · Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure · Demonstrated ability to be able to multi task · Excellent leadership and communication skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team Apply: If you satisfy the above, please apply without hesitation outlining why you are suitable.
