Team Leader-Warehouse / Logistics Location: Minto, New South Wales, Australia Role Purpose: Lead warehouse staff to ensure goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting daily productivity and quality targets. Key Responsibilities: Supervise team: Assign tasks, monitor performance, train staff, and run shift briefings. Manage operations: Oversee receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure orders are accurate and on time. Safety: Ensure compliance with WHS policies , conduct safety checks, and promote a safe work environment. Performance: Monitor KPIs (pick rates, accuracy, dispatch times) and support process improvements. Communication: Coordinate with supervisors, inventory, and transport teams; escalate issues when needed. Systems: Use WMS and RF scanners , track workflow, and maintain accurate reporting. Skills & Experience: Warehouse/logistics experience with team leadership or supervision Knowledge of WMS and RF scanners Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to meet deadlines Inventory control experience Preferred: Forklift licence (LF) Experience in 3PL logistics Work Environment: Fast-paced warehouse, may involve shift work and physical activity .
