With a strong reputation for innovation, safety, and operational excellence, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in the southern suburbs of Perth. About the Role Reporting to the Engineering or Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all plant and equipment. This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team. Plan and execute preventative and reactive maintenance across production equipment and site facilities. Ensure minimal downtime through effective fault finding and troubleshooting. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency. Manage maintenance schedules, work orders, and spare parts inventory. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards. Collaborate closely with production teams to support operational targets. Assist with installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new equipment. Mentor and develop maintenance team members. About You Proven experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or Leading Hand role within manufacturing (food or FMCG highly regarded). Trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience with preventative maintenance systems and CMMS. Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving ability. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards within manufacturing environments. Strong communication and organisational skills.
