Salary circa $120k bonus Car Phone etc Responsibilities will include: Supervise multiple builds from slab to handover Communicate effectively with trades, office staff and clients (during on-site client meetings) Thorough understanding scope of works, engineering specifications and drawings Excellent time management and prioritisation skills Be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team Possess the ability to solve problems promptly and have a can-do attitude (own the issue or problem) Competent technology and IT skills Procurement of resources and coordinating contractors in order to deliver projects according to schedules Supervise subcontractors to make sure all standards, regulations and codes are met.
