You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations, working closely with the HR Operations team to maintain compliance, manage records, and assist with recruitment and onboarding processes. This is a dynamic role that will require strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a collaborative HR environment. Key Responsibilities: HR Administration: Manage day-to-day HR tasks in a fast-paced environment, including triaging HR inbox, processing employee life cycle tasks (e.g., contract variations, leave notifications, flexible working requests), and maintaining accurate employee records. Compliance & Reporting: Support compliance audits, maintain records for WWCC reporting, and assist in ensuring payroll and HRIS processes run smoothly. Team Support: Provide administrative support to the HR Operations team and cover the Organisation Development team during peak periods or leave. Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with application monitoring, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates. Manage the creation of staff profiles and ensure compliance with work rights, visas, and employment requirements. Skills and Experience Certificate or Diploma in HRM with 2 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role. Strong experience working with HRIS systems and a solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes. Proven ability to support recruitment and onboarding, including managing candidate communication and profile setup Sound knowledge of Fair Work legislation and interpreting EBAs, policies, and statutory instruments. Exceptional attention to detail, with high accuracy in data entry and written communications. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
