Techforce are currently working with a specialist Underground Mining Contractor who are looking to onboard 8 x HV Electricians for their expanding underground operations in Western Australia. Details - Pay Rate $90ph Flat Rate Rosters - 8/6 7/7 or 14/14 rosters 12 hr days paid Long Term Contracts – with Sign over to permanent contract after a 3-month probation period Experience and Ticket Requirements WA Electrical Workers Licence - Essential Manual C Class driver's licence Current Senior First Aid Within 2 years CPR & Low Voltage Rescue - Within 12 months Strong knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules High Voltage Switching ticket (highly regarded but not essential) Experience with Sandvik underground mobile equipment - a high advantage Ability to carry out electrical installations up to 1000V AC - Essential Perform scheduled maintenance, statutory testing and inspections Service 1000V mobile equipment, including Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) equipment Install and maintain underground electrical and communication reticulation systems Must have previous Underground experience Hit apply and our team will be in touch.
