Description Senior Veterinary Nurse / Veterinary Technician (Cert IV) Permanent Part-Time | 3–4 Week Rotating Roster | Shared Weekend Shifts We’re growing — and we’re looking for an exceptional, experienced GP Veterinary Nurse/Vet Tech to join our team. The Role You’ll be working across a structured 3–4 week rotating roster, including shared weekends, in a hands-on and varied role that includes: Clinical Nursing Confident anaesthetic monitoring and patient advocacy Surgical preparation and theatre support Inpatient monitoring and hospital case management Laboratory sample collection and in-house diagnostics Maintaining exceptional sterility and infection control standards Accurate and thorough medical record keeping Nurse Consults & Client Care Post-operative checks and preventative health consults Client education and discharge instructions Clear, warm and professional communication Supporting smooth daily workflow Reception & Team Support Appointment coordination and front-of-house duties Assisting with daily workflow efficiency Contributing positively to team morale and clinic culture This is a role where your skillset will be fully utilised and appreciated. About You We’re looking for someone who: Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing Has solid GP experience in a small animal practice Is highly confident monitoring anaesthesia Demonstrates initiative and strong clinical judgement Is organised, reliable and solutions-focused Enjoys both the technical and client-facing aspects of nursing Brings positive energy and professionalism to the team Experience with EzyVet is highly regarded. Confidence with practice management software and efficient documentation is important to us.
