The Opportunity Join a highly respected consulting firm delivering complex transformation programs across Australia. Terra Firma is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work with clients across multiple industries to understand business challenges, define requirements, and support delivery teams implementing practical solutions. You’ll operate at the intersection of business and technology, gaining exposure to diverse projects and transformation initiatives. What You’ll Be Working On Work across a range of transformation programs, including: Digital and business transformation initiatives HR, payroll, and workforce management system implementations Process improvement and operating model uplift Data, reporting, and integration projects Enterprise system rollouts across multiple platforms Clients include Government, Financial Services, Utilities, Telecommunications, Technology, and Not-for-Profit organisations, giving you exposure to different operating models and delivery environments. Key Responsibilities Facilitate workshops with business, HR, technology, and operations stakeholders Capture and document requirements including BRDs, user stories, process maps (BPMN), and acceptance criteria Analyse current state processes and identify improvement opportunities Collaborate with delivery teams and vendors across design and implementation Define functional specifications for integrations, workflows, and reporting Support data migration, SIT, and UAT testing, manage defects, and support go-live readiness Develop documentation and training materials to support adoption of new systems About You You are a curious and pragmatic Business Analyst who enjoys solving complex problems and working closely with stakeholders.
