The Role These positions will see you providing high-quality legal and administrative support to Partners, Lawyers, and wider practice groups. Depending on the firm and practice area, your responsibilities may include: Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence Diary management and coordinating appointments Managing files from opening to close Liaising with clients, courts, barristers and external stakeholders Billing, timesheet entry and trust accounting support Assisting with court documents and matter preparation General administrative support to ensure matters progress efficiently We have opportunities available across Melbourne CBD, inner suburbs, and outer suburban locations.
