Jaybro is seeking an organised and proactive Transport Coordinator to join our team in Arndell Park, NSW. As the Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day transport requirements of the Jaybro Distribution team. This includes managing our team of delivery drivers and vehicles as well as all subcontracted transport activities such as regional deliveries, interbranch transfers and shipments consigned by the business. Key Responsibilities Lead all transport operations Manage all on-road related activities including driver training and performance in accordance with Chain of Responsibility legislation and Jaybro policies, standards and programs of work Ensure the fleet of delivery vehicles and equipment is maintained and managed Manage all dispatch and Delivery Driver allocation activities Ensure the local service, performance, availability and relationship of all Couriers and Freight Partners is upheld Manage rosters, hours, time and attendance, headcount and wages budgets to ensure sound operational expense management Provide regular reporting and forecasting for management and site reporting Coordinate on-site projects and execute actions that may relate to local or national operations strategy and or continuous improvement Continuously identify and lead opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency, streamline processes, and optimise inventory management.
