Summary of Position - Chef Your responsibilities will include planning menus, preparing and cooking, overseeing the quality of dishes, controlling the stock and supplies, supervising and training of new staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation practices. To be successful candidate you need to have: Relevant AQF qualification in Commercial Cookery and Hospitality Excellent communication skill Positive working attitude Good team players At least 1 year relevant experience Summary of Position - Cook Prepare vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates.
