About the role: As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for the participants' daily activities. From providing personal care, community involvement, completing reports, and following personal support plans. Location: Waitara NSW SCHADS: Level 2 casual loading Super Role: Casual Days: Monday to Saturday Hours: from 9am up to3pm Duties: Domestic Assistance – Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. Personal Care – Support with showering, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Achieve Goals Together – Implement individual support plans to help clients reach their personal goals. Community Connection – Assist with social outings and community participation. Stay Informed – Understand each client’s needs and adapt to changes. Positive Engagement – Build strong, respectful relationships with clients, families, and your team. About you: Experience working with vulnerable people of all ages. NDIS workers check and completion of NSW Orientation Modules. Unrestricted NSW Driver's Licence and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle. Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
