We’re looking for an energetic and passionate Child Care Educator to join our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team on a Permanent Part-Time basis (17.5 hours per week) . You’ll work Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm , across two welcoming school communities: 3 afternoons at St John the Baptist, Woy Woy 2 afternoons at Kincumber Public OSHC In this role, you’ll bring creativity and enthusiasm to help children learn, play, and grow in a safe and supportive environment. You’ll assist the Coordinator in planning engaging activities, build positive relationships with families, and step into the Responsible Person role when needed. Key Responsibilities Implement the My Time, Our Place Framework for school-aged children. Act as the Responsible Person when required. Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs. Maintain a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment in line with regulations and policies. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Requirements Previous experience working with young or school-aged children. Cert III in Children’s Services/OSHC or working towards (desirable but not essential). Current Working With Children Check . Completion of ‘Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk of Harm’ (mandatory for Responsible Person role).
