About the Role We are seeking a warm, motivated Physiotherapist to join our expanding Allied Health team, providing community-based Physiotherapy services to Support at Home clients across metropolitan Adelaide. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys building meaningful relationships, working autonomously, and making a real difference in clients’ independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. What you’ll do Provide highquality Physiotherapy assessments and interventions for Support at Home Program recipients Develop tailored treatment plans aligned with client goals Support clients to maintain independence, safety, and mobility at home Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team Maintain accurate and timely documentation. This is the perfect role for a Physio who wants to specialise in aged care and make a genuine impact—right here in Adelaide. About You You are a compassionate and motivated Physiotherapist who is passionate about supporting older adults to remain safe, independent, and active at home.
