Ideally You Will Have Commercial insurance experience Experience in Production support and/or BAU small continuous improvement changes Proven track record of great stakeholder management and communication skills across internal and third-party stakeholders Demonstrated an ability to solve complex technical issues Shown great collaboration working within a high performing team to identify and resolve issues for the business Demonstrated a solution mindset and show to work effectively with other areas to drive outcomes You will have the opportunity to join our large Analysis Chapter that supports a variety of medium to large scale programs across the Suncorp Group. The Chapter consists of around 290 like-minded analysts, where ideas and best practice are shared via masterclasses and knowledge sharing. What You'll Do Build strong relationships through engagement with customers, colleagues, and other key stakeholders Be able to Triage, analyse and solve complex business issues Document current and future state processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Use information gathering techniques to proactively discover requirements and synthesize information accurately, completely, and coherently. Work collaboratively with delivery teams and business stakeholders to gather, validate and document business requirements and develop recommendations and solutions that meet business and customer needs. Raise, and support mitigation and resolution of, risks and issues using established tools and frameworks were applicable. Create detailed user stories to support delivery. Work close with squad / project members, including but not limited to Delivery lead, Scrum Master, Developers, Tech Leads, Testers, Configs and Business stakeholders to identify, capture, plan and deliver the scope of work. Working in an Agile continuous delivery environment and be responsible for analysing and documenting requirements, facilitate workshops and design solution sessions What You'll Bring ESSENTIAL: Minimum 4 years’ Senior Business Analysis experience within a corporate environment Commercial Insurance experience is highly regarded Minimum 3 years’ Agile, Lean and waterfall experience including knowledge of Agile practices, workshops, and Agile ceremonies facilitation Must be able to translate and understand business and technical requirements and provide appropriate alternatives and solutions to meet those requirements. Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management and influencing skills including experience in dealing with various levels of stakeholders internally and externally. Strong team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and desire to make a difference Must be able to manage multiple complex initiatives with competing deadlines, while also working autonomously.
