About the Role Cleanaway is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Operations Supervisor to oversee daily waste collection activities. This on-site role is essential in ensuring service reliability, operational compliance, and the effective management of our frontline workforce. Additionally, the role involves: Overseeing daily operations including rostering, route planning, and driver performance Leading pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety briefings Conducting compliance audits for fatigue, mass, and speed Providing on-the-ground support, direction, and coaching to drivers Managing operational issues promptly to maintain service continuity Ensuring all activities meet environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements What You’ll Bring To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous supervisory experience in an operational environment. Previous Waste Operations experience is not required as our onboarding process involves and in-depth introduction to the industry. Strong people management and customer service leadership Ability to manage daily operational demands in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving, organisational, and decision-making capability High commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement Why join Cleanaway?
