The Role As the Product Development & Engineering Manager , you will lead Kingsley Enterprises’ research, development, and engineering function while driving seamless cross-functional project integration across the ARB Group. As the organisation’s lead technical authority, you’ll oversee the full product development pipeline, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to market-leading quality standards. End-to-End Product Development Manage the complete product development lifecycle, from ideation through to commercialisation, ensuring alignment with market needs, safety, and compliance standards. Product Lifecycle Management Optimise and evolve existing product ranges to enhance quality, cost structure, functionality, and customer experience. Project Ownership Oversee project schedules, budgets, and milestones while implementing structured engineering processes and best-practice methodologies. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders, providing strategic technical insights and clear updates to senior leadership. About You Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline Proven leadership experience in product development within automotive, 4x4 aftermarket, or manufacturing environments Strong knowledge of PLM, design principles, validation/testing methodologies , and engineering best practice Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and grow high-performing engineering teams Excellent project management, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement skills Commercially astute with an understanding of cost drivers, value engineering, and market dynamics A genuine interest in 4x4, camping, or outdoor adventure will be highly regarded About ARB & Kingsley At ARB, we’re not just a business - we’re a lifestyle.
