Your role will be to: Operate and monitor boilers, refrigeration systems, compressors, and associated plant machinery; Ensure safe operation in accordance with WHS legislation, site procedures, and manufacturer guidelines; Conduct routine inspections, checks, and log readings; Respond to alarms, faults, and abnormal operating conditions; Perform start-ups, shutdowns, isolations, and changeovers; Coordinate with maintenance and production teams; Assist with planned maintenance and shutdown activities; Maintain accurate operational records and compliance documentation; and Report hazards, incidents, and equipment defects promptly. What experience are we looking for? This position is suited to an experienced operator confident in operation and monitoring of industrial systems. As such, you will have: Current HRWL – Advanced Boiler Operation (ABO) (mandatory) Experience operating industrial boilers and refrigeration systems Sound knowledge of boiler water chemistry and treatment Strong understanding of WHS and safe operating procedures Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Good communication and record-keeping skills Willingness to work shifts – 5on/4off, 4on/5off, 5on/5off etc. Why choose us?
