Your new role The primary purpose of the Project Delivery Lead is to support, and manage the development, delivery and evaluation of Implementation, Promotion and Monitoring (IPM) projects under SaCSAs remit. The role will ensure effective stakeholder engagement, structured project governance, and delivery aligned with SaCSAs Project Workflow Processes.Key outcomes: Support the design and development of IPM activity and concepts, including submissions, scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and budget considerations.Develop comprehensive IPM activity Project Plans, including milestones, risk mitigation strategies and stakeholder engagement approaches, etc.Oversee assigned IPM and non-IPM activity project execution, ensuring end-to-end deliveryCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule and budget requirements.Build strong professional working relationships with key stakeholders involved in the development and delivery of IPM activity projects. What you'll need to succeed A fundamental understanding of Australias education and training system.Advanced project management skills with experience implementing and monitoring complex and innovative projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication, engagement and influencing skills with the capability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Sophisticated writing skills, including the ability to produce high quality reports and submissions.
