The technology function supports major platformssuch as Dynamics 365 and ServiceNow and is focused on improving reliability,performance, and automation across critical services. Youll work in a hybridenvironment within a collaborative Agile team committed to modernising testingcapability. Your new role As a TestAutomation Engineer, you will develop and maintain automated test suites usingTOSCA to validate releases, platform upgrades, and system changes. Workingclosely with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners, you willexecute regression suites, analyse results, and ensure quality acrossenterprise platforms. You will help reduce manual testing effort throughautomation, contribute to a seamless digital experience, and occasionallyperform manual testing when required. The role may also involve supportingplacement students within the team. What youll need to succeed Experience in test automation, ideally with TOSCA, or strong motivation to learn it Strong understanding of regression, functional, and accessibility testing Experience working with Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise systems Ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills Comfortable working independently in a fastpaced Agile environment Familiarity with JIRA or similar Agile delivery tools (advantageous) Methodical, detailoriented mindset with a passion for improving quality processes What youll get in return Youll have theopportunity to build highly soughtafter TOSCA automation skills, rarely foundin the Newcastle market.
