About the Role An experienced ServiceNow Developer is sought for a contract engagement supporting enterprise clients with the implementation of ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions. This is a customer-facing, billable consulting role within a high-performing ServiceNow delivery team. The position focuses on technical design, configuration, and customisation of ServiceNow solutions to meet complex business requirements. Responsibilities include participating in stakeholder workshops, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, delivering hands-on development, and providing subject matter expertise across ServiceNow applications. The role requires strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, along with the ability to remain current with new ServiceNow releases, platform capabilities and best practices. About You Hands-on ServiceNow development experience Proven experience implementing ServiceNow SAM, HAM and/or ESM solutions Current ServiceNow certifications, including Certified System Administrator (CSA) and CIS Software Asset Management Strong experience with JavaScript, CSS and HTML Ability to design, configure and customise ServiceNow applications to meet complex business requirements Experience engaging directly with clients in consulting or enterprise environments Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline Please apply with current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx).
