You’ll help keep Yo-Chi’s tone sharp and consistent by writing social copy, jumping into community replies, and shaping how we show up day to day. You’ll also bring ideas to the table for posts, content moments, and campaign concepts - then help turn them into real words that land. It’s flexible by design, shaped around the right person, with room to grow into bigger creative and marketing projects over time. We’re after taste, timing, and emotional intelligence - not a perfect CV. If you’ve got the voice, we’ll build the role around it. What You’ll Do Write engaging captions, comments, replies and short-form copy across Instagram and other social channels Act as the front-line brand voice, responding to our community across DMs, comments, Stories and our broadcast group with warmth, wit and care Help shape and evolve Yo-Chi’s tone of voice across campaigns, launches and in-store moments, ensuring consistency and quality Partner with the marketing team on content ideas, trend responses and brand storytelling Support local and international markets with campaign, brand and communications copy-adapting for different audiences while keeping the Yo-Chi voice intact Contribute to broader projects as the role grows, including creative concepting, community initiatives, and social planning/strategy What we’re looking for A natural writer with a strong, distinctive voice (people can hear you on the page) Funny, emotionally intelligent, and deeply online — you get culture, tone, timing, and when to leave it alone You understand how brands should sound, not just what they should post Warm, curious, and genuinely into connecting with people You don’t need formal copywriting or social experience (though it’s a bonus).
