Your duties Identify, pursue, and close profitable new business opportunities in line with MCC objectives. Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to consistently meet or exceed new business budgets. Develop deep understanding of client industries to provide gold-standard label solutions. Protect and grow revenue and margin across your portfolio of customers. Maintain strong relationships with key client contacts and understand their systems and processes. Support Major Account Managers by servicing key accounts within your territory. Monitor client stock, debtor positions, and ensure compliance with MCC procedures (DIFOT, credit, and cash collections). Meet sales budgets, pricing accurately to ensure client profitability. Provide accurate reporting and analysis of client profitability and new opportunities using CRM and Microsoft Suite. Promote health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance in all activities while supporting team improvements. About you Account Management experience, ideally within the manufacturing industry. Experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally with knowledge of labels, customer quotes, and order management. Skilled at influencing and gaining agreement on ideas, proposals, and plans, supported by clear verbal and written communication. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to understanding products, services, policies, and processes thoroughly. Passionate about customer service and your customers and have a strong drive for results. Strong technical skills, including intermediate proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a bonus.
