Technical Customer Service Representative – Industrial Manufacturing Western Sydney Location $75,000 – $80,000 Super Bonus The Company Join a global industrial manufacturing business supplying technical products to customers across multiple industries. Based in Smithfield, this is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Customer Service Representative with experience in industrial products, manufacturing, engineering, or technical distribution to become part of a collaborative and supportive team. Working closely with sales, production, warehouse, and logistics, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive accurate product information, reliable order processing, and exceptional service. The Role In this fast-paced and hands-on role, you will: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing phone and email enquiries Process customer orders for industrial products accurately through the internal ERP system Provide technical product support and order updates Liaise with sales, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery Monitor stock availability and production lead times Communicate ETAs and product availability clearly to customers Support the sales team with customer account setup, documentation, and compliance Key Requirements We are looking for someone who thrives in a technical and operational environment, ideally within industrial manufacturing or distribution.
