The Role We are seeking a Registered Psychologist, Provisional Psychologist, or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker to join our growing, clinic-based practice in Picton, NSW. Start from two days per week, with the opportunity to increase as your caseload develops Access to consistent referral pathways through GP, insurer, and NDIS networks to support gradual caseload growth This is an in-person role suited to clinicians who value team engagement, peer consultation, and a structured practice environment Professional Environment & Support Full Administrative Support: Intake, scheduling, billing, Medicare/NDIS/insurer processing, and referral coordination managed by our administrative team Clinical Governance: Regular peer supervision, case consultation, and clinical collaboration Leadership & Development Opportunities: Pathways into mentoring, group facilitation, and clinical leadership roles for experienced clinicians Group & Workshop Programs: Opportunities to contribute to and facilitate our evidence-based programs, including: Mood & Anxiety Program Burnout to Balance Workshop Understanding Trauma Workshop Key Responsibilities Deliver psychological assessment and therapy in line with AHPRA/AASW standards and ethical guidelines Formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation and reporting Collaborate with GPs, insurers, NDIS providers, and internal clinicians Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities Essential Criteria Current AHPRA registration (Registered or Provisional Psychologist) or AASW accreditation (Mental Health Social Worker) Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number Strong skills in assessment, formulation, and evidence-based intervention Professional indemnity insurance and ABN/ACN Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check
