With nearly 30 years in operation , Therapy Solutions is a well-established and highly regarded occupational therapy practice in the occupational rehabilitation and medicolegal space. That experience allows us to do things differently — offering a varied, intellectually engaging caseload and the time and support needed to do work properly. This role is ideal for an OT who wants to grow in their clinical reasoning, assessment skills, and professional confidence , without the pressure of excessive productivity KPIs that are common in many other practices. We are carefully curating a team of like-minded clinicians and are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join us in a full-time role . Our primary focus is medicolegal assessment work , including functional capacity evaluations for individuals injured in workplace, motor vehicle, and public liability incidents. We prepare expert reports addressing function, capacity, and the impact of injury on work and daily life. Alongside our medicolegal caseload, we also support clients with chronic pain, palliative conditions, workplace rehabilitation , and aids and equipment prescription , offering genuine variety in clinical practice. The role Full-time position Primarily based in our Spring Hill office Opportunity to work from home 1–2 days per week following initial training Occasional travel required, including: Local home visits across South East Queensland Day trips to consult on the Sunshine Coast Periodic assessments in regional Queensland , which may involve one or two nights away No prior medicolegal experience?
