We are currently seeking enthusiastic Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our casual team at the Shore Early Learning Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for educators who enjoy variety and flexibility, while working within a supportive and professional early childhood environment. As part of our casual team, you will work alongside experienced educators to support engaging learning experiences and provide high quality care for children aged 3–5 years. Our Early Learning Centre operates 8.00am – 6.00pm, 48 weeks of the year, with shifts available across these hours. About the role Casual educators play an important role in supporting the daily operations of the centre. You will: Build positive, nurturing relationships with children Support the delivery of engaging early learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework Work collaboratively with educators and room leaders to maintain a positive learning environment Contribute to a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for children and families To be successful in this role you will have: An ACECQA approved Diploma qualification (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management training ACECQA recognised Child Protection training A current NSW Working With Children Check Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework Demonstrated experience working with children aged 3–5 years in an early childhood setting Excellent communication and teamwork skills A positive, enthusiastic and reliable approach The successful applicant will be expected to support and contribute to the Christian ethos of the School.
