With a strong momentum and an expanding pipeline, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take their business and their brand to the next level. About the role You will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels, while also managing the day-to-day marketing activities, in line with the company’s marketing strategies. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the marketing function and help drive the next phase of their growth. Your responsibilities may include: Develop strategic and operational marketing plans. Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts. Responsible for all content that features on internal and third-party channels such as websites, blogs, social media advertising and email marketing. Work closely with the managers, and sales team on the creation and execution of campaigns focused on lead generation and/or nurture programs. Manage the company websites, including the uploading of content, maintain and improve SEO performance, monitoring enquiries and reporting to drive client engagement. Support the management of content execution and active participation and monitoring of conversations across key social channels. Using web analytics software to monitor performance of the company’s websites. Manage the company social media including monitor posts, track engagement, and coordinate content. Monitor performance metrics, reporting weekly insights and optimisation recommendations. Manage reporting and trend analysis, contributing insights that inform strategic decisions. About You Diploma or higher equivalent in Marketing; or other related field; with at least 5 years in a similar role. Proven experience in the development and implementation of strategic and operational marketing plans. Good understanding of client management and marketing principles incl. digital and brand management. Sound research and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret collated data; general business acumen. Managing the CRM/client database with the ability to showcase an excellent level of customer service. Focus on detail with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and adhere to deadlines. Excellent communication and people management skills. Previous experience with a new home builder would be highly favourable. Benefits Attractive, vibrant and progressive business.
