Known for their premium brand, high-performing team and exceptional client service, they are now seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a leading Director within the business. The Role: Managing end-to-end sales administration from listing to settlement Preparing contracts and coordinating exchanges with solicitors Managing buyer enquiries, deposits and settlement progression Coordinating pre-settlement inspections and key handovers Preparing sales materials including price lists, brochures and marketing collateral Coordinating photography, campaign bookings and marketing schedules Liaising with designers, suppliers and media outlets for campaign production Preparing reports and campaign updates for clients Supporting the Director with diary management and personal administration Providing high-level client service throughout the sales process About you: Previous experience in Real Estate Sales Administration or as an Executive Assistant Strong organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Confident communication and client service skills Proactive, reliable and able to work autonomously The Perks: Work alongside a high-performing Director Exposure across large sales campaigns and projects Structured Monday–Friday role Long-term career growth within a respected real estate business Generous salary on offer Apply NOW or get in touch for a confidential chat.
