Our products are handcrafted in a dedicated gluten-free environment and are known for their quality, taste and nutritional value. We bake fresh daily and supply a range of cafés, retailers and stockists across Victoria. Due to business growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Baker to join our production team in Knoxfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about artisan baking and high-quality gluten-free products. About the Role As a Baker at GF Precinct, you will play a key role in the preparation and production of a range of gluten-free bakery products including bread loaves, rolls, wraps, pizza bases and sweet baked items. You will work as part of a dedicated team in a fast-paced commercial bakery environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare, mix and bake a range of gluten-free breads and bakery products according to established recipes and production schedules Measure, weigh and combine ingredients to create doughs, batters and mixes Monitor fermentation, proofing and baking processes to ensure consistent quality Operate commercial bakery equipment and ovens while maintaining safe working practices Ensure all products meet company quality standards, presentation and food safety requirements Maintain a clean and organised work environment in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations Assist with stock control, ingredient preparation and daily production planning Requirements Relevant baking qualification or equivalent industry experience Demonstrated experience working in a commercial bakery or food production environment Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation and oven operation Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistent product quality Understanding of food safety standards and workplace health and safety practices Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment Benefits Work with a specialised artisan gluten-free bakery Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to work with innovative recipes and gluten-free baking techniques Stable full-time employment in a growing wholesale bakery How to Apply If you are passionate about baking and want to be part of a dedicated artisan bakery team, we would love to hear from you.
