About the Role We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Advisor to support a major Operating Model Transformation program. Reporting to Corporate Communications, you will play a key role in helping employees understand and navigate changes to how the organization operates. Working closely with the Change Specialist, Operating Model Lead, HR and Internal Communications teams, you will translate complex transformation initiatives into clear, engaging and effective communication. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver communication strategies and plans to support the operating model transformation. Create engaging communication materials including announcements, updates, FAQs, leadership messaging, presentations and intranet content. Translate complex program information into clear, simple messaging for diverse audiences. Partner with the Change Specialist to align communication with the broader change and engagement strategy. Support leaders with communication materials for forums, leadership messaging and internal channels. Monitor employee sentiment and feedback to ensure communication remains effective throughout the transformation. About You Substantial experience in internal, corporate or change communications. Experience supporting organizational transformation or change programs. Strong writing, storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills. The ability to simplify complex information and communicate it effectively.
