About the Role You will be responsible for managing end-to-end export sea freight shipments, ensuring all operational, compliance, and customer requirements are met. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end export sea freight operations Book shipments and coordinate with shipping lines, transport providers, and depots Prepare and process export documentation, including Dangerous Goods compliance Liaise with customers and stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment coordination Maintain accurate records in CargoWise and ensure deadlines are met Skills & Experience Required Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in export sea freight operations Strong knowledge of export documentation and international shipping processes Experience handling Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo Experience using CargoWise Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills What’s on Offer Multiple roles available due to company growth Modern office in the Brisbane Airport precinct Supportive and collaborative team environment Ongoing training and development Career progression opportunities Interested?
