Business Analyst Your new company A large, well-established organisation is undergoing a major customer lifecycle, marketing, and decisioning transformation program. This initiative focuses on modernising marketing automation, enhancing customer experience, and building scalable, data-driven capabilities across multiple brands and channels. Your new role As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting a high-profile transformation program centred around Next Best Action (NBA), personalisation, and customer data platform uplift.You will work closely with technical, marketing, and data teams to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and support the delivery of new capabilities across inbound and outbound communication channels. Key Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into technical documentation for customer decisioning, marketing automation, and CDP solutions. Support delivery teams with analytical insights and solution clarification. Contribute to modernisation of marketing platforms and multibrand communication architecture. Assist with uplift of inbound and outbound customer engagement capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment across data, marketing, and technology streams. What you'll need to succeed Strong technical, analytical, and problemsolving skills with the ability to work handson in fastpaced, collaborative environments. Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical requirements for marketing and decisioning platforms. Proven experience in marketing, digital engagement, or customer lifecycle strategy. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to engage both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Experience with Pega CDH and/or Pega 1:1 Operations Manager (highly desirable). Experience working with large datasets or SQL (desirable). Experience with enterprise marketing and customer engagement platforms such as SFMC, Adobe Experience Platform, Braze, or similar. Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and/or Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Segment, AEP) is advantageous.
