Theyre expanding their Sunshine Coast team to support a new Governmentfunded project. Your new role As the Contract Administrator, you will support a team consisting of a PM and Site Manager: Managing all aspects of contract administration across procurement, forecasting, cost reporting, and variations Working closely with both internal project teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery Coordinating project documentation through Procore and managing defects via Hammertech Undertaking cost reporting and financial control using their accounting software Supporting the PM across multiple stages of the project lifecycle What you'll need to succeed You will be a proven Contract Administrator or a developing CA ready to step up, with:Experience working on commercial projects of any kind.Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors and colleaguesSolid understanding of construction processes and cost controlAbility to learn quickly, use systems effectively, and thrive in a team environmentTertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a trade background supported by relevant experience will both be considered.
