About the role Lead and energise a team of 20 , setting clear performance goals and lifting capability across the function Own day-to-day credit execution for the team, ensuring volumes are managed efficiently in both peak and off-peak seasons Play an integral role in driving & influencing process simplification and continuous improvement strategies as credit risk appetite evolves Use data and reporting to spot bottlenecks, risks and opportunities to improve both turnaround times and quality customer experience Partner closely with Risk, Sales, Product and Tech to balance growth, risk and customer outcome Act as a senior escalation point for complex deals About You Demonstrated leadership experience in credit operations is essential Strong people leadership experience and ability managing larger teams, including offshore staff Business lending experience is highly desirable Previously held delegated lending authorities (DLA) is advantageous You bring structure to ambiguity and maintain momentum in rapidly evolving environment What’s in it for you?!
