Job Description As a Merchandise Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop the Merchandise and Operations team to achieve high merchandising standards, ensuring that sales targets combined with efficient Back of House inventory activities are maximised, including: Leading the execution and maintenance of merchandise and promotional campaigns throughout the store Team building and development, ensuring that the Operations and Merchandise teams are trained as per their role requirements and are efficient in all processes and systems Demonstrating, leading and coaching a high level of customer care conduct Driving sales and budgeting while maintaining stock integrity through compliance to loss prevention procedures Qualifications You must be a natural leader, driving engagement and creating a culture where people are motivated to give their best Proactive in optimising work processes by creating the most effective and efficient processes to get things done You will be a team player, collaborating and building partnerships with others to meet shared objectives Passionate about identifying and developing talent to build careers and meet organisational goals Additional Information If you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
