Job Description About the Role As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, you will deliver outstanding workplace experiences in every interaction. This is more than a reception role - you will be central to ensuring seamless daily operations across workplace services. You’ll work closely with the National Workplace & Operations Manager and collaborate with facilities, building management, and service vendors to ensure a smooth and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Front-of-house reception and VIP visitor management Access pass and contractor coordination Meeting room and event bookings, including catering coordination Mail and courier management Locker and carpark allocation management Reactive maintenance coordination via internal systems Weekly OH&S tenancy floor inspections and reporting About You You’ll thrive in this role if you have: Strong reception, hospitality or customer service experience Professional communication skills (written & verbal) Excellent organization and time management A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced corporate environment High attention to detail Certificate III in Hospitality (preferred but not essential).
