THE ROLE - WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who is self-motivated and team-oriented to join an amazing warehouse team in Richlands QLD. As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day activities in the warehouse. Key responsibilities include: Undertaking high level warehouse duties and responsibility to maintaining an organised and clean work area Receiving and inspecting all incoming goods including quality assurance Manage and maintain competing orders with capable time and task management Loading and unloading of trucks in a safe and compliant manner General assembly of racking and shelving installation as required Maintain a high standard of professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct Collaborate with team members while managing individual tasks effectively Identify issues and implement practical solutions to improve outcomes Build skills and knowledge to support personal growth and team performance WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Minimum of 3 years warehouse experience is essential; Experience in the industry; Current Forklift licence Exceptional customer service Enthusiastic and proactive to work with limited supervision Great written & oral communication skills Basic assembly skills for racking and shelving installation Good time management and planning capability Ability to manage competing priorities Ability to supervise workers READY TO MAKE THE MOVE?
