About the Organisation A number of Sharp & Carter clients are currently going through major Time & Attendance upgrades by moving to UKG Pro. We are looking for payroll and time & attendance specialists to play a pivotal role in enhancing operations and implementing a state-of-the-art time and attendance system. The Role Reporting lines are dependent on the role, though responsibilities will include the following: Play a pivotal role in the implementation of the new UKG implementation Assist with ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, adhering to all statutory requirements. Manage onboarding, terminations, and payroll adjustments with precision. Provide expert guidance on construction awards and EBAs during system testing. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering insights and support across the payroll department. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in payroll, particularly with Time & Attendance systems, including UKG products Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
