The Role: Leading a team of dedicated, Claims Consultants, you will be responsible for delivering consistently high levels of customer service while obtaining the lowest possible claims costs. Position Accountabilities Develop, coach, and motivate a team of Claims Consultants including daily coaching to ensure Consultants maintain skills, competencies & provide a high standard of service Prioritization and allocation of team portfolios including workload management Maintain highly effective working relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external) Provide technical product, process, system, and compliance support Conduct performance reviews and assist with staffing requirements & recruitment Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes Knowledge and Experience: Previous Team Leader or equivalent experience Ability to lead & motivate a team and able to manage stakeholder relationships Ability to effectively analyse and resolve problems and manage conflict with excellent communication skills Have a core focus on customer outcomes and relations Excellent attention to detail, decision making skills, able to be innovative with the ability to manage time and prioritize Our Perks Location – This role is based at our North Lakes Office, local shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
