What you’ll be doing • Partner with leaders to provide grounded, forward‑thinking guidance across the full employee lifecycle. • Build leadership capability through coaching, decision‑support and tailored development conversations. • Design and deliver targeted development programs for senior people leaders. • Lead and advise on complex matters including performance, grievances and industrial relations issues. • Support end‑to‑end Enterprise Agreement processes, including analysis, modelling, bargaining participation and documentation preparation. • Develop workforce planning initiatives that align people needs with organisational priorities. • Guide teams through organisational change with a focus on engagement, clarity and cohesion. • Contribute to broader people initiatives such as culture programs, remuneration and benefits, and DE&I activities. • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance people processes, systems and ways of working. What you’ll bring • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and the ability to build trust quickly. • Strong experience in strategic business partnering, ideally within complex or highly regulated environments. • Confidence working across multiple industrial instruments and navigating nuanced IR landscapes. • Experience supporting Enterprise Agreement negotiations from planning through to implementation. • The ability to influence, coach and guide leaders toward practical, people‑aligned outcomes. • A genuine commitment to creating workplaces where people feel supported, valued and empowered.
